Deposit -In order to secure your reservation we require full payment at the time of booking, or a 50% deposit when the trip date is more than 60 days out.

Cancellation Policy –  Day Paddle and Sunset trip cancellations more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund less a $20/person processing fee. Cancellations in less than 7 days prior to the trip receive a refund of 50% of the deposit. All cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to trip date. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of the trip will be charged in full.

All overnight trips come with a 14 day cancellation policy. Cancellations more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund less a $50/person processing fee. Cancellations in less than 14 days prior to the class or trip receive a refund equal to 50% of the deposit. All cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to trip date. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of the trip will be charged in full.

Rescheduling Policy – You may reschedule into another class or trip at no charge until seven days prior to the class start date. If you reschedule within seven days of your original class or trip then there may be a $20/person rescheduling fee.

Included – All necessary paddling equipment will be provided. Lunches are also included for full day trips, and all meals for our overnight trips. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
