Terms & Conditions
Deposit -In order to secure your reservation we require full payment at the time of booking. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund less a $20/person processing fee. Please include your name, phone number, address, trip type and dates.
Included – All necessary paddling equipment will be provided. Lunches are also included for full day trips, and all meals for our overnight trips. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
Rescheduling Policy – You may reschedule into another class or trip at no charge until seven days prior to the class start date. If you reschedule within seven days of your original class or trip then there will be a $20/person rescheduling fee.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund less a $20/person processing fee. Cancellations in less time prior to the trip receive no refund of the deposit. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of the trip will be charged in full.
Yellowstone Geyser Kayak Tours is a division of Kayak Yellowstone LLC, and Snake River Kayak & Canoe School Inc., and is a licensed permitee of Bridger-Teton National Forest and Yellowstone National Park. Please note that all trip itineraries are subject to change due to water levels, weather conditions, and road/travel conditions. We reserve the right to cancel any trip at any time for any reason, including not receiving a minimum number of sign ups.
